First, factory reset the unit: place the switch in the OFF position, plug in power to the dimmer. Press and hold the PROG button with paperclip/pen/small screwdriver for about 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red (3) times. Cycle power to finish the reset.
If the unit is still flickering, plug the LiteMat directly into the dimmer to isolate the issue. Test dimmer with other head fixtures if possible. Make sure all connections are plugged in securely and there is no exposed copper at any of the connectors.
