Make sure all of your PL7 extension connections are plugged in properly and screwed in all the way.
If your unit is still only outputting half Tungsten, remove the PL7 extension cable and plug your LiteMat/LiteTile directly into the dimmer. If the unit now works, the PL7 extension is the cause of the issue. Check the Male connector to see if any pins are damaged or missing. If there are no damaged/missing pins, please contact customer service at [email protected].
If the unit is still only outputting half Tungsten, test your LiteMat/LiteTile with another dimmer if possible to isolate the issue. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact customer service at [email protected].
